Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Drive agile ceremonies and track project timelines across three infrastructure sub-squads.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal engineering and product teams regarding infrastructure capabilities.
• Coordinate the QA, validation, and rollout of new testing, staging, and production environments.
• Manage relationships and follow-ups with infrastructure and software vendors.
• Maintain structured internal documentation for system architectures and configuration processes.
• Define and track team KPIs and service level objectives to quantify business impact.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, product operations, or as a Scrum Master in a tech environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products, multi-tenancy, and how software features interact with back-end systems.
• Ability to break down complex, multi-quarter initiatives into actionable milestones.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn cloud infrastructure basics.
• Must be able to work on-site in Barcelona or Madrid several days a week.
