Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Location: Barcelona, Spain; office-first hybrid setup with on-site work several days a week

What you will do

• Drive agile ceremonies, project governance, timelines, milestones, and deliverables across the Evolution, Reliability, and Enablement infrastructure sub-squads.
• Act as the main contact for engineering and product teams regarding infrastructure capabilities, feature configurations, and environment statuses.
• Coordinate QA, validation, and rollouts of testing, staging, and production environments with product teams.
• Manage infrastructure and software vendor relationships, calls, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Maintain structured documentation covering system architecture, configuration options, and operational processes.
• Define, track, and report team KPIs, service level objectives, and the business impact of infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SaaS products, multi-tenancy, and interactions between user-facing features, configurations, and backend systems.
• 1–3 years of experience managing projects, working in Product or Project Operations, or serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a technology environment.
• Ability to break down complex, multi-quarter initiatives into actionable milestones and tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for translating infrastructure concepts between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity about cloud providers and infrastructure vendors; deep DevOps or cloud architecture expertise is not required.
• Availability for an office-first hybrid arrangement in Barcelona, with on-site work several days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience at hirify.global or familiarity with its application architecture and configuration options.
• Basic understanding of servers, databases, CDNs, and environments.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Notion.
