What you will do

• Own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients to ensure successful application scaling.
• Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and track resource effort.
• Lead internal and client meetings with thorough documentation and rigorous follow-up.
• Navigate internal resource conflicts to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve high CSAT scores.
• Maintain project documentation and track task effort in tools like Smartsheet or Certinia.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland
• Fluent in German required
• 2-5 years of field experience in a services delivery or technical implementation role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA, Confluence, and fundamental Snowflake architecture
• Ability to obtain SnowPro Core certification within 60 days of hire
