Project Manager (Snowflake)

Location: Remote from Germany, Austria, or the United Kingdom

What you will do

• Manage mid-sized technical implementation projects and the operational relationship with assigned clients.
• Maintain project documentation, track task effort, and provide service reviews and reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Create granular Work Breakdown Structures and link effort and resources to specific tasks.
• Lead internal and client meetings, document outcomes, and ensure rigorous follow-up.
• Resolve internal resource conflicts and keep projects on track.
• Maintain project margins within +/- 5% of target and achieve CSAT scores above 4.0.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in services delivery or technical implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in SQL basics, JIRA, Confluence, and fundamental cloud data warehouse architecture.
• SnowPro Core certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Fluent German required for the region.
• Must work remotely from Germany, Austria, or the United Kingdom.
