What you will do
- Lead business transformation and process excellence initiatives to identify automation and scaling opportunities.
- Coordinate strategic projects across Operations, IT, Finance, and Claims with clear governance and reporting.
- Develop metric frameworks and dashboards using Power BI and SQL for executive reporting and data-driven decision making.
- Translate business requirements into detailed IT specifications for system integration and automation.
- Manage project budgets, resourcing, and risks while ensuring a smooth transition to business as usual.
- Collaborate with IT partners to ensure solutions meet technical standards and are successfully implemented.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Transformation functions.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Legal right to live and work in Spain.
- Exposure to data migration, cloud transformation, and international cross-country initiatives.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Italian or Portuguese.
