Product Implementation Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Implementation Manager (Fintech): Leading end-to-end implementation of currency management automation software for corporate clients with an accent on solution design, project planning, and C-level stakeholder management. Location: Based in Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid model (4 days in office, 1 day from home). Visa sponsorship is available.

A 200-person fintech and BNP Paribas company providing currency management automation software for corporate clients across 75 countries.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle implementation projects from initial solution design through to client go-live and handover.
• Lead client workshops and manage expectations for C-level stakeholders, including CFOs, CTOs, and CEOs.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Tech teams to ensure project progress and resolve technical risks.
• Document solution designs and track project milestones across multiple concurrent implementations.
• Identify and execute improvements to the overall implementation process and playbook.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in finance, consulting, or professional services.
• Strong understanding of business finance and FX or currency markets.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• EU work authorization is a plus; visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, treasury, or FX-adjacent environments.
• Familiarity with ERP or TMS systems such as SAP.
• Previous experience specifically in product onboarding or implementation.
• Experience building implementation processes from the ground up.
