What you will do

• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses using structured methodologies such as 5 Whys and Fishbone Diagrams.
• Map, analyze, and document end-to-end operational processes to eliminate inefficiencies and control gaps.
• Build automated reports and visual narratives using SQL and data visualization platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and process owners to develop business cases and implement process improvements.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes to ensure issues are resolved and do not reoccur.

Requirements

• Proven experience using SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio).
• Proficiency in root cause analysis methodologies.
• Track record in an analytical role focused on continuous improvement.
• Six Sigma Green Belt with Lean certification.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
