What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders in Corporate Functions to identify business challenges and prioritize high-value AI opportunities.
• Gather and translate business requirements into documented user needs and manage backlogs.
• Lead vendor evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and commercial assessments for AI solutions.
• Design, deliver, and measure AI pilot programs and evaluate business impact.
• Collaborate with technology teams on the integration of off-the-shelf and custom AI solutions.
• Drive change management to embed AI solutions into existing ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Proficiency in qualitative research and quantitative analysis using Excel and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for influencing senior stakeholders.
• Project management skills to manage multiple workstreams and drive initiatives.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
