What you will do

• Advise complex enterprise accounts and align digital strategies with customer business outcomes, retention, renewal, and partnership growth.
• Design and scale AI-powered analytical workflows, productized services, and repeatable consulting frameworks.
• Lead domain activation across areas such as site observability, technical performance, contact centers, and internal applications.
• Translate quantitative data into strategic digital and omnichannel optimization recommendations and measurable value benchmarks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in high-stakes client engagements and help evolve consulting methodologies.
• Mentor consultants, lead enablement initiatives, and support recovery strategies for at-risk strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, digital product management, management or technology consulting, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in at least one enterprise domain, including site observability and technical performance, contact and call center optimization, or internal applications and employee experience.
• Proficiency with AI technologies, LLM prompts, AI CLI tools, and autonomous problem-solving for analytical workflow automation.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and audit complex SQL queries and data engineering pipelines.
• Advanced quantitative analysis skills, including work with large unaggregated datasets and ambiguous, high-impact business problems.
• Experience advising enterprise clients and C-suite stakeholders, facilitating strategic workshops, executive briefings, and large-group enablement sessions.

Nice to have

• Experience with SRE, IT, and Engineering teams on digital experience performance and application stability.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, call deflection, Average Handle Time reduction, or omnichannel agent workflows.
