What you will do

• Lead early-stage exploration of business problems and identify high-impact opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured problem statements, hypotheses, and analytical approaches.
• Conduct rapid analyses and build lightweight prototypes to assess feasibility, impact, and opportunities to improve hirify.global Plus performance.
• Develop exploratory frameworks and repeatable templates for performance assessment, content investment decisions, and ecosystem intelligence.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders and incorporate feedback into ongoing analysis.
• Partner with data scientists and product managers to transition validated opportunities into experimentation and modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with ambiguous business problems, exploratory analysis, hypothesis development, and data-driven storytelling.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
• Ability or strong willingness to use AI-enabled tools, including generative or agentic AI, to improve analytical workflows and decision support.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and translating business needs into analytical work.

Nice to have

• Experience with A/B testing, causal inference, forecasting, or scenario modeling.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence decisions through data.
• Familiarity with data science workflows and collaboration with modeling teams.
• Experience developing reusable analytical approaches or frameworks.
