TL;DR
Junior User Acquisition Manager: Scaling mobile user acquisition campaigns across major advertising platforms with an accent on performance marketing, creative testing, and data-driven growth. Location: On-site in Berlin, five days per week
Salary: €45,000–€55,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities

What you will do
- Own and scale user acquisition channels across AppLovin, Moloco, Unity, Liftoff, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, and other platforms.
- Analyze ROAS, CPI, LTV, predicted LTV, retention, and payback by channel and creative type.
- Upload creatives, monitor campaign performance, and lead creative testing and scaling.
- Optimize campaigns for predicted-LTV-flagged and IAP-driving users.
- Work cross-functionally to translate growth strategy into campaign execution.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for starting a career in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing.
- Strong analytical instincts and confidence working with performance data.
- Practical, execution-focused approach to building and analyzing campaigns.
- Ability to quickly learn and work across multiple advertising platforms and creative formats.
- Understanding of lifetime value beyond day-one performance.
- Proactive ownership and motivation by measurable results.
