What you will do

• Lead the global strategy and performance of Paid Social channels including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering their professional growth and accountability.
• Implement sophisticated full-funnel marketing strategies to drive awareness, consideration, and conversions.
• Partner with the Data team to build pipelines for incrementality testing, such as Geo-Lift and user-level split tests.
• Collaborate with global and local marketing teams to execute cohesive and integrated growth plans.
• Design campaign structures to maximize food surplus saved across various countries and cities.

Requirements

• Experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok) within a mobile-first or app-centric environment.
• Proven leadership capabilities in a team lead or mentorship role.
• Deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and full-funnel marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Meta and TikTok platform APIs and SDKs.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution models, incrementality testing, and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
• Proficiency with MMP/BI tools such as AppsFlyer, Looker, or Firebase.
