What you will do

• Plan and implement digital performance marketing campaigns based on efficiency and performance targets.
• Conduct complex data analyses and A/B tests to continuously drive campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs such as ROAS and CPI and manage budget tracking.
• Create performance reports and derive strategic insights and recommendations.
• Execute strategic and operational projects within the marketing environment.
• Collaborate with Design, Media, Analytics, and Tech teams to optimize campaigns and creatives.

Requirements

• Degree in economics, business administration, or a comparable quantitative qualification.
• At least 6 months of practical experience in performance or data-driven marketing.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a highly data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
