What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize app marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Apple.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as ROAS and CPI.
• Track budgets and generate performance reports.
• Run A/B tests and small experiments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Design, Media, Analytics, and Tech teams on creatives and execution.
• Document results and derive actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, media management, or e-commerce.
• Initial practical experience in app or performance marketing (e.g., internships or working student roles).
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to marketing.
• English: Excellent written and spoken skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Hamburg, Germany.
