What you will do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok across international markets to drive app and web user acquisition.
• Improve installs, purchases, and retention by refining audiences, bid strategies, and creative rotations.
• Manage a test-and-learn agenda, including lift studies and incrementality tests.
• Collaborate with Design and Technical teams to implement tracking and attribution via Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, CAPI, and MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer).
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics including CPI, cost-per-purchase, and LTV.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads.
• Proven experience in marketing consumer apps at scale, particularly those with subscriptions or in-app purchases.
• Familiarity with tracking infrastructure (Pixels, CAPI) and MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Ability to work with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets to perform A/B tests and extract insights.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, curious mindset.
