User Acquisition Manager (Performance Marketing) (AI-powered productivity products): Develop and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns across paid ads, affiliates, influencer marketing, and referral programs with an accent on ROI, user growth, and data-driven decision-making. Focus on managing budgets and targeting, analyzing CPI, CPA, and LTV, and testing channels, creatives, and messaging to drive incremental growth.
Location: Fully onsite at the office in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

is a self-funded, family-founded product company creating an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, with offices in Lisbon and San Francisco.
What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies across paid search, paid social, display advertising, influencer marketing, affiliates, organic growth, and referral programs.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns, including budgets, bids, targeting, and return on investment.
- Track CPI, CPA, LTV, and other performance metrics using analytics and attribution tools.
- Test new acquisition channels, creatives, and messaging through structured experimentation and A/B testing.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams on launches, feature enhancements, and seasonal promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Approximately 4+ years of experience managing user acquisition or performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience with Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Adjust, Amplitude, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Lisbon, Portugal.
