Compensation: €60,000–€70,000 + Stock-Options/BSPCE

What you will do
- Own and scale Meta ad spend, hitting ROAS and LTV:CAC targets for SMB audiences.
- Drive the creative feedback loop by analyzing performance data to brief the in-house creative team.
- Build and run high-velocity testing experiments across audiences, creatives, and micro-personas.
- Partner with data teams to improve attribution and measurement, focusing on incremental value.
- Develop custom tooling and automations to streamline UA workflows using AI-native approaches.
Requirements
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience with deep, hands-on Meta expertise.
- Proven track record of managing six-figure monthly budgets against LTV:CAC targets.
- Strong analytical depth in attribution, incrementality, and unit economics.
- Must be based in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, or the UK.
- Ability to build tools and automate workflows using AI-native methods.
- High agency and ownership in driving ambiguous problems to shipped outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to SMBs or in PLG/SaaS environments (e.g., Canva, Shopify, Wix).
