Salary: €107,250 – €127,650

What you will do

• Partner with the Sales team to communicate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own technical engagements to close complex opportunities via technical credibility and deep product knowledge.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
• Provide critical feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams based on customer needs and the competitive landscape.
• Create enablement materials including documentation, blog posts, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Must be located in Spain.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills for remote collaboration with internal teams and worldwide customers.
• Technical mindset and passion for solving complex customer challenges with creative solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Source technologies or the Metrics/Monitoring domain.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC.
