Salary: $109,000 – $153,000 base, $156,000 – $218,000 OTE

What you will do

• Own the technical sales motion for Retail accounts from discovery through to closing.
• Conduct structured discovery to map customer goals and constraints to hirify.global solutions.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops, and technical deep dives.
• Design and lead technical validations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams (Security, Legal, Product) on deal strategy.
• Mentor the Solutions Consulting team and develop reusable assets like discovery guides and demo stories.

Requirements

• Must be based in a hub office (e.g., San Francisco).
• Ability to travel up to 50% during peak times.
• Proven experience selling into enterprise accounts with sophisticated evaluation processes.
• Domain knowledge in AI, SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, or Data Architecture.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to both technical and business stakeholders.
