What you will do

  • Build and develop a territory of key stakeholders in Spain to establish a trusted advisor relationship.
  • Create new opportunities by partnering with marketing and demand generation teams and implementing self-driven engagement strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial conversation to close, maintaining accurate forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Analyze prospective customers' business goals and technology stacks to identify high-value opportunities for hirify.global.
  • Continuously develop deep product knowledge to confidently demonstrate the platform's value to enterprises.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of acquiring new customers and logos in B2B software or technology sales.
  • Hunter-first, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for solving problems for prospective clients.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or subscription-based sales models.
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish business culture and enterprise landscape.
  • Collaborative approach to working with internal partners like Solution Consultants and marketing.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Spain; visa sponsorship is not provided.
