Senior SAP PP-PI Consultant (m/f/d) (SAP)

What you will do

• Manage customer projects in the process industry with a focus on SAP PP-PI.
• Support the full project lifecycle, including conception, design, customizing, proof of concept, and SAP ECC and S/4HANA rollouts.
• Further develop the Fit4Life Science best-practice template and implement it for customers in greenfield projects.
• Analyze customer situations, design process strategies and complex solutions, and develop future processes, organizations, and systems with customers.
• Design interfaces to MES subsystems and create Functional Specifications and Customizing Specifications in a validated environment.
• Take partial project-management responsibility in smaller customer teams and on-site engagements.

Requirements

• Business-fluent German and fluent English.
• University degree and/or several years of relevant experience in consulting or the process industry as an IT consultant, process owner, process manager, or sub-project manager.
• Initial experience with S/4HANA and the Fiori user interface.
• Experience in the process industry or, preferably, discrete manufacturing in a PP environment.
• Familiarity with modern project-management methods such as PRINCE2 and Scrum.
• Analytical, solution- and process-oriented thinking with strong communication, methodological, teamwork, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in an additional SAP logistics module such as PM, QM, SD, MM, WM, or EWM.
• Experience in automotive or another discrete-manufacturing environment.
