Senior SAP Consultant (ABAP, with German)

Location: Hybrid work from offices in Katowice, Warsaw, Gdańsk, Kraków, Poznań, Lublin, Opole, or Wrocław, Poland

What you will do

• Design, estimate, and deliver high-quality solutions using SAP ABAP and related technologies.
• Represent the development team in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate development activities and maintain alignment with project timelines and architectural standards.
• Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and drive continuous technical improvement.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to knowledge sharing within the SAP community.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ABAP OO development and modern SAP development standards.
• Solid knowledge of at least one of CDS Views, RAP, In-App Extensibility, data migration and archiving, AdobeForms, or EDI.
• Basic experience with at least two SAP modules or familiarity with SAP PI/CPI middleware.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Proficiency in English and German is required for communication in international projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with S/4HANA environments and modern programming models.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP development, including CAP, BAS, or Cloud Foundry.
• Experience with SAPUI5 or Fiori.
