SAP Inhouse Consultant Customer Service (S/4 HANA): Build up global business processes based on state-of-the-art ERP S/4 HANA system landscape with an accent on Customer Service, plant maintenance, field service, repair, and maintenance. Focus on designing and implementing end-to-end processes, shaping solutions in agile environment, leading projects or work streams, and coordinating implementation partners and stakeholders.

Hamburg, Rostock (Germany), or Tajonar (Spain). Up to 8 days of mobile work per month.

What you will do

• Design and implement S/4 HANA solutions for Customer Service in coordination with process owners, partners, and vendors.
• Shape end-to-end processes in CS, plant maintenance, field service, repair, and maintenance modules.
• Lead projects or work streams, manage external partners, and internal stakeholders depending on experience.
• Continuously improve solutions post-implementation and enhance industry, functional, and SAP knowledge.

Requirements

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification.
• Relevant experience as SAP consultant in international environment.
• Process and functional skills in S/4 HANA (or SAP ERP) including SAP CS.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience in project management.
• Knowledge of engineer-to-order (ETO) industry or similar.
• German or Spanish language skills.
