Senior Solutions Engineer (Observability)

Location: Must be located in France (Remote)

Salary: EUR 115,750 - 138,000 (OTE)

What you will do

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition and overall strategy to customers.
• Own technical engagements to help close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge and technical skill.
• Deliver high-impact product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate customer feedback and competitive landscape insights to internal product and engineering teams.
• Create and enhance enablement materials, including documentation, blog posts, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Must be based in France.
• First-class written and oral communication skills for collaborating with remote-first internal teams.
• Strong technical mindset and a passion for solving complex customer challenges creatively.

Nice to have

• Experience with Open Source technologies or the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC.
