Senior Solutions Engineer (Graph/AI): Designing and presenting Neo4j-based architectures and prototypes for enterprise customers across knowledge graphs, network topology, fraud detection, and modern AI workloads with an accent on technical discovery, solution design, and business value. Focus on leading consultative engagements, integrating graph technology into customer environments, and guiding stakeholders through complex enterprise sales cycles.
Location: Remote in Italy
Salary: €100,000–€150,000 per year

What you will do
- Support enterprise customers throughout discovery, architecture design, proof-of-value, and long-term adoption.
- Translate customer requirements and IT environments into tailored solution architectures.
- Design and present -based prototypes demonstrating technical feasibility and business value.
- Provide architectural recommendations and support technical integration into customer environments.
- Partner with Account Executives throughout enterprise sales cycles.
- Build relationships with strategic customer teams and guide technical decision-makers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in PreSales, Solutions Engineering, or Professional Services.
- Experience working with enterprise customers, preferably in High-Tech, Energy, Telecommunications, Financial Services, or the Public Sector.
- Strong understanding of database platforms, particularly NoSQL databases.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective solution architectures.
- Familiarity with a programming or scripting language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience leading technical workshops and managing the technical aspects of enterprise sales cycles.
