Technology People Strategy & Operations (GenAI)

Location: Hybrid position in Foster City, California, United States; office attendance expectations will be confirmed by the Hiring Manager. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $170,700–$273,200 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Shape long-term people strategies aligned with Technology and enterprise priorities.
• Advise senior Technology leaders and People Business Partners on workforce design, leadership effectiveness, talent strategy, and organizational assessments.
• Lead strategic planning for the Technology People Team, including OKRs, multi-year priorities, and execution roadmaps.
• Build analytics, dashboards, forecasting, and GenAI-powered insights for workforce and organizational decisions.
• Report people metrics, trends, and progress to executive audiences, including operational reviews and board or regulatory updates.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving process improvements, promotion modernization, early-career strategy, talent modeling, recruiting efficiency, and operating model improvements.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 8 or more years with an advanced degree, or at least 3 years with a PhD.
• Strategic experience in people strategy, human capital consulting, workforce planning, people analytics, or organizational effectiveness.
• Strong analytical rigor and ability to convert complex data into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Experience presenting people metrics, trends, and recommendations to senior or executive audiences.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office setting in Foster City, California, with travel of 5–10%.
