Talent Management

Location: San Francisco, California. Hybrid schedule with office attendance required on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Base salary: $230,000–$270,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Maintain and operationalize talent philosophies across performance, growth, leadership, career development, internal mobility, early career, and high-performance expectations.
• Translate talent principles into practical tools, playbooks, manager guides, conversation frameworks, decision tools, and coaching resources.
• Co-build the talent enablement engine that helps People Partners and leaders make higher-quality talent decisions.
• Design self-service strategies and mechanisms to identify, develop, stretch, engage, and retain talent.
• Lead high-impact projects involving early-career strategy, total rewards, role architecture, internal mobility, talent flow, and leadership expectations.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing, scaling, and evolving talent management strategies and programs.
• Experience with performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career architecture, or related initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change without formal authority.
• Experience translating ambiguous talent philosophies into scalable tools, frameworks, and operating mechanisms.
• Strong business acumen and organizational judgment, with the ability to connect talent decisions to company outcomes.
• Ability and willingness to work from the San Francisco office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
