Senior Director, Workforce Transformation (AI)

Location: Remote - US

Base pay: $195,100–$270,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own measurement of AI-driven productivity gains, efficiency shifts, and workforce capacity reallocation across the enterprise.
• Build the data infrastructure and quarterly productivity narrative for the board, executive leadership, and workforce.
• Redesign roles, career pathways, job architecture, and workforce planning as AI absorbs more work.
• Define future technical, judgment-based, and AI-fluent skills, and lead enablement, training, and manager development.
• Drive the shift toward skills-based rewards, career development, and workforce planning.
• Set enterprise policies, risk oversight, and controls for responsible AI use in people and business decisions.

Requirements

• Experience using AI in professional work and sufficient understanding of LLMs, agents, and evaluations to hold technical builders accountable.
• Experience establishing measurement systems, job architecture, and workforce planning that changed organizational operations.
• Experience designing roles, career architecture, leveling, and skills-based workforce planning for organizations evolving under AI.
• Proven change leadership and ability to influence senior functional leaders without direct authority.
• Consultative approach focused on insight-driven partnership rather than directive decision-making.
• Strong judgment regarding AI limitations, privacy, fairness, explainability, and human oversight.
