Salary: $71,600–$114,400 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC. The role is also eligible for equity awards.

What you will do

• Execute recurring billing, adjustments, dunning, and invoice, credit memo, and debit memo preparation in Zuora.
• Manage Zuora and Excel billing workbooks, calculate billing ranges, and support invoicing and reconciliation.
• Create and update subscriptions to align with customer agreements and billing policies.
• Manage Salesforce billing case intake, triage, escalations, corrections, and adjustments with Sales and Support.
• Reconcile billing systems, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Guide the offshore BPO billing team and partner with IT and Finance on integrations, upgrades, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of B2B billing operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on Zuora experience is required, including subscription management, invoicing workflows, and workbook management.
• Experience using Salesforce for billing case intake, triage, escalation tracking, and cross-functional resolution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience mentoring colleagues and collaborating with Sales, Finance, Support, IT, and product teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Sage Intacct, advanced Excel, Google Workspace, SOX-aware documentation, BPO support, or AI and automation in finance operations.
