Finance Associate

TL;DR

Location: Must be based in North America (NOAM)

Salary: $25.00/hour (approx. $52,000/year) plus annual target bonus

What you will do

• Assist with financial aspects of the quote-to-cash process, including contract and sales quote reviews.
• Manage internal escalations to identify and resolve process and billing inquiries.
• Maintain data integrity within the billing system and CRM.
• Investigate and explain significant month-over-month account changes during close reviews.
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and tasks requiring data from multiple sources and Excel manipulation.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America (NOAM)
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong Excel skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Excellent attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile team environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Experience with Zuora, PowerQuery, or PowerBI.
• Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce CPQ.
