What you will do

• Generate and review invoices, subscriptions, and sales orders accurately and timely across multiple business units.
• Reconcile billing records with customer accounts and financial statements to resolve discrepancies.
• Field customer inquiries regarding billing disputes, payment issues, and credit card applications.
• Manage tax exemptions and monitor billing transactions for irregularities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Finance teams to ensure alignment on billing and customer inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and implement automation to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a financial analysis role.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Zuora SuiteBilling is required.
• Experience with SaaS billing structures is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of PCI compliance, data privacy laws, and reporting requirements.
• Must be based in Canada (Ontario).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience with accounting tools like FloQast and CRM platforms like Salesforce (SFDC).
