What you will do

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for a portfolio of smaller customer implementations.
• Support enterprise-scale accounts under the guidance of senior implementation managers.
• Deliver customer-facing content including demos, workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
• Manage project tracking, issue logs, and documentation using Asana, JIRA, and Excel.
• Enhance existing implementation processes through the integration of AI automations and tooling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Communications, Psychology, or a relevant field.
• Must be based in Boston, MA (in-office 3 days/week).
• Exposure to software implementations or experience managing digital systems in a large organization.
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with enterprise customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, JIRA) and AI-driven productivity tools.
• Availability for approximately 20% travel.
