What you will do

• Manage high-volume customers during their initial 50-90 day implementation period as the main point of contact.
• Provide implementation roadmaps, ensure adherence to schedules, and drive successful graduation.
• Become a hirify.global software expert to help configure deployments based on customer structures.
• Collaborate with customer GMs and CSMs to align on goals and demonstrate ROI.
• Act as quarterback to meet all stakeholders' needs and ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years in a relevant customer-facing role
• Good listener able to understand needs and communicate value proposition
• Ambitious, tenacious top-performer with execution track record
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM/Project Management tools preferred
• Technically fluent, problem-solver, strong communicator, multitasker
• Team player and self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments
