What you will do

• Own delivery and adoption of AI solutions across enterprise accounts, from post-POC rollout through expansion.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate customer needs into actionable project plans and execution.
• Orchestrate alignment across business, IT, and data teams within large organizations.
• Define and measure success by tracking adoption, usage, and business impact.
• Lead enablement and training sessions to help customers operationalize AI solutions.
• Identify expansion opportunities by surfacing new use cases and operational gaps.

Requirements

• 3+ years in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, or Technical Account Manager.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects involving AI, data, or SaaS.
• Strong execution and project management skills with the ability to deliver under tight timelines.
• Business-technical fluency to translate requirements between executives and engineers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English.
• Location: Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM, GenAI, or automation in enterprise transformations.
• PMO certification or a structured project management background.
• Technical fluency in API integrations or data workflows.
• Previous experience in consulting.
