What you will do
- Manage multiple procurement projects across corporate and third-party services.
- Prepare RFPs, requests for quotations and information, statements of work, bid analyses, tenders, and risk evaluations.
- Lead cross-functional teams through competitive bidding, supplier negotiations, evaluation, and selection.
- Source services and goods while maintaining uninterrupted supply and alignment with budget expectations.
- Negotiate contracts with internal and external legal counsel to reduce operational, legal, and financial risks.
- Analyze market and supplier trends, resolve supplier issues, and support procurement KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional procurement experience, including corporate services, HR services, and professional services.
- Proven expertise in procurement processes, negotiation, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of business and third-party services purchasing, project-based contracts, and service requirements.
- Experience in complex organizations involving compliance, safety, quality, and environmental management.
- Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
