Manager, Enterprise Procurement (IT Infrastructure)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule requiring work from the office at least four days per week.

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 per year, bonus eligible.

What you will do

• Lead sourcing initiatives and negotiate commercial agreements across enterprise IT infrastructure categories.
• Draft, review, and redline complex technology agreements while mitigating commercial and contractual risks.
• Analyze technical proposals, bills of materials, pricing models, spend, budgets, forecasts, and supplier performance.
• Develop pricing benchmarks, supplier discount libraries, dashboards, and category strategies.
• Track Generative AI investments, identify consolidation opportunities, and support strategic sourcing across business units.
• Build trusted supplier and stakeholder relationships and improve procurement processes through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or technology procurement.
• Demonstrated success negotiating technology agreements and delivering measurable commercial results.
• Experience reviewing technical proposals, pricing models, or infrastructure bills of materials.
• Strong analytical, Excel, financial analysis, data visualization, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and availability to work from the New York office at least four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise technology suppliers such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, OpenAI, Dell Technologies, HPE, Cisco, or Apple.
• Understanding of CPUs, GPUs, memory, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud infrastructure, hardware platforms, and Generative AI.
• Experience evaluating total cost of ownership and translating spend and market intelligence into executive recommendations.
