What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with OKRs and KPIs.
• Lead continuous customer discovery and market research to develop personas and user journeys.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and coordinating with Engineering, UX, and QA teams.
• Research and implement ethical generative AI and automation to enhance product capabilities and internal workflows.
• Mentor and coach other Product Managers on strategic decision-making and execution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product messaging and successful market launches.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a Product Manager role.
• 2-5 years of experience working at an Accredited College or University.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency with SDLC methodologies including Agile Scrum and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience with Aha! or similar product management tools.
• Must be based in the USA (implied by state and local pay transparency law mentions).
