What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic vision, roadmap, and priorities for BI products and analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the BI product backlog, balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and organizational priorities.
• Standardize dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs to support operational excellence.
• Drive innovation through predictive analytics and anomaly detection to uncover business trends and risks.
• Champion a data-driven culture by delivering actionable insights that improve strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in BI, Analytics, or Product Management.
• Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting products.
• Proficiency with business intelligence platforms and data visualization tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
