Salary: $170,000 — $200,000

What you will do

• Define and champion the strategic vision for eSource-to-sponsor-EDC integration and translate it into an executable annual and quarterly roadmap.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product owners across the EDC, eSource, and Integrations lines.
• Coordinate dependencies, budgets, and resourcing in close partnership with engineering management.
• Represent product strategy and present roadmaps and KPI results to executive leadership and the board.
• Maintain internal expertise on the sponsor EDC landscape (e.g., Medidata Rave, Veeva EDC) to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure high-quality UX and a cohesive user experience across the portfolio.

Requirements

• 8+ years in software product management, including 3+ years in a people-management or director-level capacity.
• Direct experience with EDC, eSource, or clinical data integration products.
• Strong technical depth in APIs, data interoperability patterns, and sponsor EDC systems.
• Proven ability to influence C-suite executives, sponsors, and enterprise customers.
• Deep expertise in scaling Agile/Scrum methodologies across multiple concurrent teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business or product management or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical research, eClinical, or healthcare technology.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, CDISC ODM, HL7 FHIR, and GDPR conformance.
• MBA or advanced degree.
• Product management certifications such as CSPO or SAFe POPM.
