Salary: $114,000 - $165,300

What you will do

• Execute commercialization plans and support product launches and release readiness for assigned products.
• Develop sales presentations, product guides, FAQs, competitive comparisons, and other enablement materials.
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
• Develop onboarding materials and deliver webinars, workshops, and educational sessions.
• Coordinate across Product, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Sales, and Client Success teams.
• Gather customer feedback and competitive intelligence to recommend product and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Commercialization, or Sales Enablement.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (sponsorship not available).
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with Consumer Directed Healthcare (CDH) products.
• Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives and large-scale product launches.
