What you will do

• Lead product management activities for the Hospital Quality Reporting (HQR) program at CMS.
• Define, write, and test requirements, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams to translate user needs into digital product features.
• Build trust and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders in a complex federal environment.
• Drive progress in ambiguous environments using a consulting mindset and user-centered design practices.
• Coach and mentor peers on agile frameworks and principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a cross-functional agile environment.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required (no sponsorship).
• Must have resided in the US for at least the past 3 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Expert knowledge of agile frameworks and requirements management cycles.
• Proven experience in client-facing consulting or contracting roles.

Nice to have

• Experience in federal or state government contracting.
• Background in healthcare technology, population health, or claims processing.
• Familiarity with accessibility requirements.
• Formal training in SAFe or other agile delivery frameworks.
