Sr. Consultant Solutions Management

Location: Hybrid in Denver, Colorado, with at least 3 days per week in the office

Salary: $130,600–$209,300 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility

What you will do

• Own product strategy, prioritization, and delivery outcomes for assigned enterprise data products.
• Develop product roadmaps connecting business objectives with technology execution.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear product direction, priorities, backlogs, and delivery plans.
• Partner with technology teams on sprint planning, release schedules, dependencies, risks, and scope decisions.
• Represent product priorities in governance, investment, prioritization, and planning forums.
• Monitor execution and communicate progress, upcoming priorities, risks, and support needs to leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business strategy, or a related discipline.
• Experience owning product direction, prioritization decisions, and delivery outcomes.
• Experience with data products, reporting platforms, analytics solutions, or enterprise technology products.
• Experience working in Agile environments with technology delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder influence, communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, payments, risk management, data, or analytics organizations.
• Advanced ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information.
