Alliances Director (AI)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work with two days from home per week

What you will do

• Develop the long-term vision, goals, and business plans for alliance partnerships and company growth.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with senior leaders at alliance partners, including Accenture, Deloitte, Genpact, and Microsoft.
• Secure external partnerships by engaging stakeholders, preparing proposals, presenting solutions, and negotiating agreements through contract completion.
• Create joint proposals, project plans, offerings, and go-to-market programs for partners and prospects.
• Deliver training and product demonstrations for alliance partners, industry leads, and client teams.
• Represent o9 at partner meetings and regional events while expanding stakeholder networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, entrepreneurship, or a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in executive sales, project management, and/or sales consulting.
• Proven experience in the supply chain industry is required.
• Experience developing and implementing go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to lead multiple strategic partnerships and combine consulting with business strategy.
• Thorough knowledge of supply chain processes, industry best practices, value propositions, and process optimization.
