What you will do
- Define and own the global partnerships strategy, including segmentation, tiering, and GTM approach.
- Take direct accountability for partnership-sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue targets.
- Lead and grow strategic relationships with technology platforms, cloud providers, and agencies.
- Develop joint value propositions and co-sell/co-marketing motions in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Build and optimize the partner lifecycle from identification and onboarding to performance management.
- Lead, coach, and develop the partnerships team while remaining hands-on in execution.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building and scaling B2B partnerships end-to-end.
- Experience developing joint GTM plans and co-sell motions with tech or cloud partners.
- Strong commercial acumen with evidence of generating revenue through partner channels.
- Ability to influence C-suite and executive-level stakeholders internally and externally.
- Experience managing and developing a high-performing team.
- Must reside and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience with agencies, systems integrators, or marketing technology ecosystems.
- Experience building a partnerships program from the ground up.
- Background in localization technology, AI-enabled SaaS, or content automation.
- Proficiency with partner management platforms or CRM tools like Salesforce or PartnerStack.
