Client Partner (AI Data)

Location: Remote in Brazil or Spain

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders throughout engagements.
• Define project approaches, deliverables, staffing needs, pricing considerations, and success criteria with internal teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and changes across the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to expand services, renew engagements, and grow client accounts with Sales and Marketing.
• Lead performance and post-project reviews to assess business impact and improve future engagements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing client relationships and projects in AI, LLM, data, or related technology solutions.
• Experience managing project scope, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ability to engage with technical AI and data concepts and follow industry trends.
• Strong commercial, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with revenue and margin data, forecasting tools, Excel, or pipeline systems.
• Willingness to adjust working hours to maintain meaningful overlap with clients and colleagues across regions.
