What you will do

• Design and develop low-code applications and complex integrations using Appian.
• Analyze business requirements to define technical solutions throughout the full application lifecycle.
• Identify and assess opportunities for process improvement and automation within client workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that address specific client needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing technical recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and promote development best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Appian solutions.
• Expertise in SAIL, process models, records, data modeling, and integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Appian certification (Senior Developer or equivalent).
• Fluency in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.

Nice to have

• Programming experience with .NET, C#, VBA, or Java.
• Knowledge of other low-code platforms such as Mendix, Outsystems, or Bizagi.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
