What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy business applications using the Appian platform.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing enterprise applications.
• Apply software engineering best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize development output and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of OOP, debugging, testing, and source control concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Salt Lake City, UT.

Nice to have

• 0-3 years of software development or IT internship experience.
• Experience with low-code/BPM platforms (Appian, Pega, Salesforce, Power Platform).
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Relevant technical certifications in cloud or low-code platforms.
