What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain integrations and automations using Workato.
• Create end-to-end recipes, connectors, and workflows across SaaS apps, internal tools, and databases.
• Monitor and troubleshoot workflows to minimize disruptions and implement alerting systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, identifying opportunities for AI-powered enhancements.
• Mentor colleagues on integration automation concepts and share best practices.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in software development, automation, or integration development.
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Ruby, Python, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, and common integration patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with iPaaS tools like Zapier, Boomi, MuleSoft, or Make.
• Workato certification or experience with custom connector development.
• SQL and database experience.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and CI/CD/DevOps workflows.
• Experience with data mapping.
