What you will do

• Define and execute strategic territory plans to meet long-term growth targets and quarterly revenue goals.
• Lead cross-functional virtual teams, including Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Partners.
• Drive pipeline generation and expand the existing customer base through strategic engagements.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite decision-makers.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and tailored demonstrations of Okta's value proposition.
• Establish thought leadership in identity security and cloud transformation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of field sales experience consistently exceeding targets in complex environments.
• Proven track record of selling enterprise SaaS solutions to large organizations.
• Experience collaborating with GSIs and partner channels.
• Strong new business development and deep account planning skills.
• Must be based in Sydney.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with solution selling frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
