What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement equipment and processes for electronics manufacturing.
• Coordinate equipment ordering, technical documentation, installation, performance monitoring, and handover to serial production.
• Ensure process capability and quality targets during product launches and ramp-up phases.
• Support NPI, design and process reviews, DFM activities, new technologies, and technical problem-solving.
• Develop technology roadmaps, evaluate market trends, and manage relationships with technology partners.
• Prepare quotations, support crisis situations, and participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, Automation Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• At least 3 years of experience in process system development.
• Romanian and advanced English skills required.
• Knowledge of industrial robot programming, pneumatics, electronics, mechanics, and machine safety design.
• PLC programming skills with Siemens or Beckhoff systems.
• Technical drawing, mechanical design, CATIA, and SolidWorks knowledge, plus project management skills.
