What you will do

• Develop and decentralize manufacturing planning processes across the global production network.
• Coordinate equipment design, specifications, and supplier performance evaluations.
• Manage short- and medium-term budgets and investment planning for production projects.
• Define and maintain work instructions, BOM, and BOP for production lines.
• Analyze manufacturing parameters to identify errors and implement corrective measures.
• Provide technical support to global production facilities to ensure efficient series production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the automotive sector.
• Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools (5S, VSM, line balancing) and quality standards (PFMEA, control plan).
• Proven experience in leading teams of engineers.
