What you will do

  • Support production-related activities during concept and development phases for electronic assembly projects.
  • Participate in process and product FMEA activities.
  • Coordinate initial sampling, produce sample parts, and optimize processes.
  • Document manufacturing parameters and define processing windows.
  • Prepare projects for series production through the Simultaneous Engineering Process.
  • Transfer tools into series production and support stable manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • Higher education in a technical field or comparable training, with a master’s or technician qualification in electronic production.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in electronic serial production and pick-and-place processes.
  • Knowledge of IPC 610A and good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of English is required.
  • Analytical, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Availability for business trips.

  • Experience with laser marking processes.
